Cloning simply means that you've backed up your site to a totally different place, (offline, as in a folder, so as to not have SEO issues ) where you can access it in a moment's notice if the need arises.
Basically, it will start with the fundamentals. Try to use complex passwords. Use numbers, letters, special characters, and spaces and combine them to create a unique password. You can also use usernames that are not see this site obvious.

There are always going to be risks being online (or even just being alive!) Also it's easy to get caught up in the panic. We put the breaks on when we get caught up in the fear.
